All rates include water, electricity, sewer and high-speed WIFI

Rates are based on 4 guests per site. Additional charges apply for extra guests 8 years or older. $2.00 per additional guest per night.

Rates include 2 vehicles per site. There are additional charges for extra vehicles or trailers.

Guests must stay a full 7 nights to qualify for weekly rate.
Guests must stay a full 30 nights (a full calendar month) to qualify for a monthly rate.

Deposits: (We accept all major credit cards and cash)

A deposit equal to a night's rent is required to reserve a space.
A $100.00 deposit is required for monthly stays or longer.
The deposit will be deducted from your bill when you check in.
NOTE: Deposits for monthly reservations are non-refundable. * Special Events/Holidays:
3 night minimum - $75.00 per night/375.00 per week)

Important Note:

The Lazy Pelican does not accept permanent residents.

Cancellation Policy:

There is a $10.00 cancellation fee for cancelling reservations that qualify for a refund.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid losing your full deposit. 

For Special Events and Holidays, reservations must be cancelled 72 hours in advance to avoid a full 3-day charge. 

There are no Refunds for Special Events and Holidays.

REFUNDS:

We offer no refunds for special events/holidays or prorating for early departure.

Deposits for monthy stays are not refundable.

There are No refunds for cancellations of special events/holidays. This includes hurricanes, floods, sickness, pandemics, etc. No-shows for special event weekends will be charged for the full 3 night weekend.
